The paper introduces inner spline special restoration technology of motor rotor of coal cutter, the ：echnology by using broken shaft bore hole and interference fit welding is proposed, process flows, structure design, strength calculation, reliable calibration, restoration method, sample testing and application effect are mades a detailed analysis through the instance.
