通过制作可更换的活动耳子、改变机架结构,对SSJ800型胶带输送机进行改造。并且定期检查托辊密封圈润滑脂,及时更换转动不灵活的托辊。改造后的皮带机机架的使用寿命延长了,皮带跑偏、打滑等事故减少了,提高了皮带机的工作效率,减少了维修次数,方便了井下作业。
