屎肠球菌冷冻干燥保护剂的组成优化 被引量:3

摘要 屎肠球菌在微生态产品中的应用效果受产品活菌量、贮存稳定性影响明显。为寻找适于屎肠球菌规模化生产的冻干保护剂,根据现有的乳酸菌冻干保护剂在乳酸菌冻干保存过程中的作用机理对乳酸菌冻干保护剂进行研究,运用单因素试验和正交试验优化冻干保护剂的配比。最终得到屎肠球菌冻干保护剂优化配比为:甘油1.5%、脱脂乳12%、蔗糖3%,乳酸菌冻干后的存活率最高为93%,实现了屎肠球菌冻干制剂的含菌量和菌体活力最大程度的保留。 The application effect of Enterococcus faecium in probiotics is highly limited by the number of live bacteria and storage stability.To obtain the cryoprotectants for Enterococcus faecium on a large scale production,the optimum components of cryoprotectants was studied basis on the theory of existing cryoprotector freeze-dried mechanism for lactic acid bacteria.The single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment were used to optimize the Enterococcus faecium cryoprotectants.Finally the optimization ratio of Enterococcus faecium cryoprotector was obtained:glycerol 1.5% ,skim milk 12%,sucrose 3%.After lyophilization ,survival rate was 93%.It can improve the numbers and activity of lactic acid bacteria effectively by using this cryoprotectants.
