双波长紫外光检测法快速检测牛场污水效果分析

摘要 为研究双波长紫外光法快速检测水污染程度的检测效果,本实验采用双波长紫外光检测法对湖水,河水,牛场废水A、B、C 5种水样的吸光度进行了检测,同时结合化学需氧量(COD)和浊度吸光度标准曲线对水样中COD浓度值进行了预测,并对比了其与标准方法测得的COD值的相对误差。实验结果显示,5种水样中有机物对紫外波段均具有较强的吸收性,而且5种水样在254 nm处溶液浓度和吸光度有较好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.9;双波长紫外检测法与标准方法测得的5种水样COD浓度值相对误差分别为6.0%、8.18%、6.99%、5.15%、5.07%,均不大于9%。结果表明,双波长紫外光检测法可以较准确、快速的检测出水污染的程度,具有借鉴及进一步研究推广的意义。 In this test ,the detection of water pollution by dual wavelength ultraviolet spectroscopy was studied.There were five water samples of lake wastewater,river wastewater,and cow wastewater of A,B,C.The concentration of chemical oxygen demand (COD) of water samples were calculated based on the absorbanee standard curve of chemical oxygen demand (COD) and turbidity,and the relative error of COD values detected by dual wavelength ultraviolet spectroscopy and standard method were compared.The result showed that COD had strong absorptive ability to UV light,and the concentration of five samples had good linear with absorbance at 254 nm,the correlation coefficients were all greater than 0.9.The relative errors of COD value between dual wavelength ultraviolet spectroscopy and standard method of five samples were 6.0%, 8.18% ,6.99% ,5.15% ,5.07% ,and the relative errors were all not greater than 0.9%.The result also showed that the dual wavelength ultraviolet spectroscopy could accurately and quickly detect the water pollution degree,and this technology had the significance of reference and further promotion.
