手术室人性化护理对甲状腺手术患者的影响

Effect of Humanized Nursing in Operation Room on Patients with Thyroid Surgery

目的探讨手术室人性化护理对甲状腺手术患者应激反应、并发症、护理满意度的影响。方法 2014年1月至2014年12月期间,本院120例甲状腺手术患者,随机将其分为对照组(手术室常规护理)和观察组(手术室人性化护理),每组各60例,观察和比较两组术前访视、入室时、入室后30分钟SAS、SBP、DBP、HR变化情况,以及术后并发症及护理满意度。结果与对照组相比,观察组术前访视、入室时SAS评分明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组术前访视、入室时SBP、DBP、HR水平均明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组术后头痛、腰背痛、呕吐、手足麻木等并发症发生率均显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组患者对护理服务满意度明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室人性化护理能够减少甲状腺手术患者的应激反应,减少术后并发症,提高患者对护理服务满意度,使其顺利度过围术期。

Objective To study the effect of humanized nursing in operation room on patients with thyroid surgery in terms of stress reaction, complication and nursing satisfaction. Method 120 patients with thyroid surgery from January 2014 to January 2015 in our hospital were randomized into the control group （operation room routine nursing） and the observation group （operation room humanized nursing） with 60 cases in each group. Observed and compared the changes of SAS, SBP, DBP and HR in pre-operative interview, entering the operation room and 30min after entering operation room as well as postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the SAS scores in pre-operative interview and entering the operation room for observation group were significantly decreased （P〈0.05）. Compared with the control group, the SBP, DBP and HR in pre-operative interview and entering the operation room for observation group were obviously decreased （P〈0.05）. Compared with control group, the incidence of postoperative complications such as headache, back pain, vomiting and numbness of limbs was significantly reduced in observation group （P〈0.05）. Compared with the control group, patients＂ satisfaction on nursing service was significantly improved in the observation group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Humanized nursing in operation room can decrease stress reactions, reduce postoperative complications, improve patients＂ satisfaction on nursing service, which will make patients with thyroid surgery get over perioperative period smoothly.
