摘要
传感器在获取地面信息的过程中,由于大气辐射及散射等原因,传感器得到的测量值与地物的真实值之间存在误差。大气校正是消除辐射畸变,获取地面真实信息,实现遥感数据定量化的基础。研究运用FLAASH大气校正模块,对AVIRIS高光谱遥感影像进行大气校正,选取典型地物,通过光谱曲线变化,植被指数进行校正结果评价,表明大气校正效果明显。且邻近像元纠正功能对其结果有进一步的提高。
Due to atmospheric radiation, scattering and other reasons, there exist errors between the true values and the measured values in the process when sensors obtain the information of the ground objects. Atmospheric correction is the basis for eliminating radiometric distortions, obtaining the information of the ground objects and realizing quantificational Remote Sensing. In this paper, the method which is used to atmospheric correction of AVIRIS hyper spectral remote sensing image based on FLAASH model. The result is appraised by selecting the different typical ground objects data and analyzing spectral derivative and normalized difference vegetation index (NDVI). The effect of atmospheric correction is obvious. The process of adjacent effect improved the performance remarkably.
