Fogarty导管取栓术治疗急性下肢动脉栓塞27例分析

The analysis of 27 patients with acute lower limb arterial embolism treated by Fogarty catheter removal embolism.

目的 :探讨Fogarty导管取栓术治疗急性下肢动脉栓塞的经验和体会。 方法 :应用Fogarty导管取栓术治疗 2 7例急性下肢动脉栓塞患者 ,共 2 9条肢体。结果 :2 7例患者 2 7条肢体取栓成功 ,2条肢体一期行关节离断。有 13例术后出现小腿肿胀 ,其中 4例因筋膜腔高压而切开 ;截肢 (趾 ) 4例 ;5例出现肾功能不全。保全 2 5条肢体。共 2 7条肢体康复 ,无功能影响。结论 :Fogarty导管取栓术可实用于早、中期下肢动脉栓塞的治疗 ,且疗效可靠 。

Objective:To investigate the experience of Fogarty catheter removal embolism treated acute lower limb arterial embolism.Methods:29 lower limbs of 27 patients with acute lower limb arterial embolism were treated by Fogarty catheter removal embolism.Results:27 lower limbs of 27 patients were removed embolism successfully,2 limbs were performed primary disarticulation,13 patients had swelling on legs,and 4 cases of them were performed fasciotomy because of fascial cavity hyperbaric,4 of them were performed amputation or toe amputation,5 of them had renal insufficiency,25 limbs were saved,and 27 limbs recovered with no dysfunction.Conclusions:Fogarty catheter removal embolism could use to treat the early and the metaphase lower limb arterial embolism with reliable curative effect and favorable prognosis.
