探析髋关节置换术治疗股骨转子间骨折内固定失败的安全性观察

Investigate Observe the Safety of Hip Arthroplasty in Treatment With Femoral Intertrochanteric Fracture of Internal Fixation Failure

目的研究髋关节置换术对治疗股骨转子间骨折内固定失败的治疗成果。方法本文选取我院2013年7月~2014年7月收治的股骨转子间骨折内固定失败患者30例,通过髋关节置换术治疗后对其临床治疗效果进行Harris评分,然后收集患者在手术前、内固定失败和重新翻修半年的Harris评分,加以对比。结果据调查,11例患者出现侧板断裂现象,15例患者头钉切割的股骨头颈切出,4例螺丝钉出现松动甚至断裂情况。治疗虽然没有出现患者死亡,在手术后也没有出现并发症,但是由于手术后半年的Harris评分比之前相差过大,P〈0.05,具有统计学意义。结论当股骨转子间骨折内固定治疗失败时可以使用髋关节置换术来进行补救。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of hip arthroplasty in the treatment room of intertrochanteric fracture fixation failure.MethodsOur hospital intertrochanteric fracture fixation failure patients,hip arthroplasty,Harris score to evaluate the clinical efect,and then colect the patient before surgery,internal fixation failure and renovated half of Harris scores to be compared.Results The results showed that 11 patients had side breakage,15 patients with head and neck cut,four cases of screw loosening or breakage. No patients died,with no complications,harris score six months after surgery was significantly higher than before the surgery,P＆lt;0.05,statisticaly significant.Conclusion When intertrochanteric fracture fixation failed,hip arthroplasty can be used to remedy.
