神经外科科学学位研究生和专科医师有效接轨培养模式的实践探索

Practice and Exploration on Scientific Degree Graduates Education Effectively Connecting With Specialist in Neurosurgery Master Program

目的探索神经外科科学学位研究生和专科医师有效接轨培养的模式。方法结合我校神经外科教学的改革成果及就业单位的反馈情况,提出教学改革思路,观察改革成果。结果通过培养良好的临床思维能力、加强考核与管理、按临床"三基"进行培养及培养良好的医德医风,学生的素质明显提高。结论通过神经外科科学学位研究生和专科医师有效接轨培养模式的实践探索,必将能为临床输送大量优秀的神经外科人才,为专业研究生培养模式的改革提供一定的参考和借鉴。

Objective To explore the neurosurgery science graduate student degree and specialist effectively coordinates training mode.Methods Based on the relevant situation of our school,and puts forward some ideas of teaching reform,the reform efforts.Results By cultivating good clinical thinking ability,strengthen the assessment and management,according to clinical “sanki” cultivation and good medical ethics,student＇s quality has improved significantly.Conclusion Through the training mode of practice to explore,for clinical transport a large number of excellent professional talents,the postgraduate training mode reform of providing certain reference and reference.
