摘要
目的通过对全科医学的相关建设情况进行合理的分析,对全科医学内部的相关发展情况进行合理的分析和规划建设。方法采用对以往的相关档案进行综合建立相关的管理情况的方法,对全科门诊的建设情况进行合理的分析。结果经过统计合理的统筹兼顾全科医学医生的数量,保证合理的综合全科医学人员管理。结论在医院需要配合全科医生建设综合性的医院,从而保证医院整体发展的统筹多元化管理控制。
