酮咯酸氨丁三醇复合舒芬太尼用于老年股骨头置换手术患者术后镇痛效果

The Postoperative Analgesia Effect of Ketorolac Tromethamine Combined With Sufentanil for Elderly Patients With Femoral Head Replacement Surgery

目的探讨在老年股骨头置换术后使用舒芬太尼与酮咯酸氨丁三醇复合的镇痛效果。方法从我院2012年3月~2014年3月收治的行老年股骨头置换手术患者中选取62例为观察对象,随机分为观察组31例,对照组31例,对照组术后行舒芬太尼联合地佐辛镇痛,观察组术后行舒芬太尼联合酮咯酸氨丁三醇镇痛,观察两组镇痛效果及不良反应情况。结果观察组术后各时间段VAS评分同对照组比较,明显较低,不良反应发生率同对照组比较较低,差异存在统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在老年股骨头置换术后,采用舒芬太尼同酮咯酸氨丁三醇复合方式镇痛,效果较好,安全性高。

Objective To explore the use of sufentanil and ketorolac ammonia ding in the elderly patients with femoral head arthroplasty analgesia effect of three alcohol compound.Methods From 2012 March to 2014 March selected 62 cases of elderly patients with femoral head replacement operation in our hospital were treated as observation objects,randomly divided into the observation group 31 cases,control group 31 cases,control group received sufentanil combined with dezocine analgesia,postoperative observation group sufentanil combined with ketorolac tromethamine analgesia,observation the analgesia effect and adverse reaction of two groups.ResultsThe patients in the observation group each time the VAS score compared with control group,obviously low,the incidence of adverse reaction was lower compared with the control group,there were significant differences（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect is good in ketorolac tromethamine combined with sufentanil for elderly patients with femoral head replacement surgery and it is high safety.
