对尿常规检验影响因素的研究

Study the Influencing Factors Affecting the Urine Routine Test

目的研究对临床尿常规检验结果影响的相关因素。方法对我院2013年1月~2014年1月3000份住院患者的晨尿进行尿常规检测,分别使用干化学分析仪和手工法。分析两种检测结果,分析相关影响因素。结果 3000份尿液两种检测方法结果比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,尿常规检测应严格遵守标本采集前、采集中及采集后的操作规范,采集后要及时运输和保存,尿液分析仪要及时保养、正确使用、正规操作均可减少临床尿常规的检验误差。结论尿液标本的收集、运送以及分析中存在很多影响检验结果的因素,我们应加强人员的培训,建立标准的操作流程,定期保养检验仪,降低检测的误差,提高检测的准确性。

Objective To study the related factors of affect clinical routine urine test results.Methods In our hospital from 2013 January to 2014 January,3000 hospitalized patients with morning urine routine test,respectively,using the dry chemistry analyzer and manual method. The results of the analysis of two kinds of detection,analysis of related factors.Results 3000 urine samples from the results of the two methods have no significant difference（P〉0.05）,urine routine test should be strict compliance with the operating specifications prior to specimen collection,acquisition and after collection,transportation and storage should promptly after collection,urine analyzer to timely maintenance,correct use,normal operation can reduce the test error routine clinical urine.Conclusion Urine specimen collection,delivery and there are many influence factors in the analysis of test results,we should strengthen the training of personnel, the establishment of standard operating procedures,regular maintenance and inspection instrument, reduce the detection error, improve the accuracy of detection.
