高血压前期患者非高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平的相关研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的研究高血压前期患者的非高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平。方法入选我院正常体检男性387例,根据血压水平分为三组,分别是血压正常组,高血压前期1组和高血压前期2组。对所有患者进行身高、体重及血压测量,晨起空腹采血监测血脂水平。结果高血压前期两组患者的非高密度脂蛋白胆固醇明显高于血压正常组(2.33±0.45)mol/L,(3.86±0.76)mmol/L,(5.01±0.68)mmol/L,P<0.05,高血压前期2组患者的非高密度脂蛋白胆固醇高于高血压前期1组(P<0.05)。结论高血压前期患者的非高密度脂蛋白水平较高,是评估患者心血管风险和降脂治疗的有效指标。 Objective To study the non high density lipoprotein cholesterol level with the prehypertensive patients.Methods Inclusion 387 cases of normal medical men in our hospital,divided into three groups according to blood pressure levels,blood pressure were normal,prehypertension group 1 and prehypertension group 2. Al patients measuring height,weight and blood pressure,fasting blood lipid levels for monitoring.ResultsTwo groups of patients with prehypertension,non high density lipoprotein cholesterol was significantly higher than normal blood pressure group(2.33±0.45)mmol/L,(3.86±0.76)mmol/L,(5.01±0.68)mmol/L,P〈0.05,prehypertension group 2 patients with non high density lipoprotein cholesterol was significantly higher than pre-hypertension group 1 (P〈0.05).Conclusion Prehypertensive patients with non high density lipoprotein level is higher, it is to assess the effective indicators of cardiovascular risk and lipid-lowering treatment in patients.
