慢性肾衰中医临床路径的应用研究

Study on Application of Clinical Pathway in Traditional Chinese Medicine With Chronic Renal Failure

目的探讨慢性肾衰中医临床路径的实施效果和应用价值。方法选用我院于2013年10月~2014年3月间收治的慢性肾衰患者80例为研究对象,建立慢性肾衰中医临床路径,对比分析患者在实施中医临床路径前和实施后的具体情况及其住院时间、住院费用、中医证候积分、患者满意度等情况。结果所有患者在接受中医临床路径后,其住院时间、住院费用、临床症状、患者满意度等方面,与实施前相比,差异较大,具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论通过对慢性肾衰患者实施中医临床路径,能有效缩短患者的住院时间,减少患者的治疗费用,改善患者临床症状,提高护理质量和患者对护理的满意度,具有较高的应用价值。

Objective To study the chronic renal failure in TCM clinical urinary path implementation effect and application value.MethodsSelected in our hospital 80 cases of chronic renal failure patients as the research object,comparative analysis of the specific situation of patients in the clinical pathway implementation before and after the implementation of traditional chinese medicine and hospitalization time and cost,TCM syndrome integral,patient satisfaction etc.ResultsAl the patients in the acceptance of TCM clinical pathway,the time of hospitalization,cost of hospitalization,clinical symptoms,patient satisfaction,compared with the prior to the implementation,larger differences.ConclusionThrough the implementation of clinical pathway of traditional chinese medicine on patients with chronic renal failure,can effectively shorten the hospitalization time of patients,is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
