益气养阴活血法治疗糖尿病性脑梗死的有效性观察

Efficacy of Supplementing Qi and Nourishing Yin and Activating Blood Circulation Method in the Treatment With Diabetic Cerebral Infarction

目的对益气养阴活血法在糖尿病性脑梗死临床治疗中的有效性进行探究。方法选取糖尿病性脑梗死患者154例,征得患者同意后,随机分成对照组77例和观察组77例。对照组采取西医内科常规方法进行治疗,观察组在西医内科常规治疗基础上,给患者服用益气养阴活血的中药(50 g黄芪,30 g桑枝,20 g熟地,15 g茯苓,12 g白芍,胆星、制半夏、红花、桃仁、炙山甲各10 g,全蝎6 g),1个疗程为21 d。结果观察组的治疗总有效率比对照组高,两组差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益气养阴活血法能够有效提高糖尿病性脑梗死的临床治疗效果。

Objective To probe the effectiveness of Supplementing qi and nourishing yin and activating blood circulation method in clinical treatment of diabetic cerebral infarction.Methods 154 cases of patients with diabetic cerebral infarction,informed consent,were randomly divided into control group 77 cases and observation group of 77 cases. The control group took routine western medicine department of internal medicine,methods of treatment,theobservation group in the conventional treatment based on western medicine department of internal medicine,traditional chinese medicine for patients taking supplementing qi and nourishing yin and activating blood circulation method（50 g mongolian milkvetch root,30 g mulberry twig,20 g mulberry,prepared rhizome of rehmannia,Poria 15 g,12 g white peony root,pinelia,bile star,safflower,peach kernel,pangolins each 10 g, scorpion 6 g）,1 treatment of 21 d.Results The treatment total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference between the two groups were statisticaly significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Supplementing qi and nourishing yin and activating blood circulation method can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect of diabetic cerebral infarction.
