中医治疗肾病综合症的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine for Treating Nephrotic Syndrome

目的对中医以补阳还五汤加味治疗肾病综合症的临床疗效进行分析。方法整理收集我院2012年3月~2014年3月期间收治的肾病综合症患者50例,给予补阳还五汤加味治疗,并观察记录患者服用后的临床疗效。结果全部患者中共有8例患者完全缓解,12例患者基本缓解,29例患者好转,1例患者无效,达到了80%的总有效率,40%的缓解率。结论中医通过补阳还五汤加味治疗肾病综合症具有良好的治疗效果。

Objective To analyze the clinical curative effect of traditional chinese medicine in buyanghuan five decoction treatment of nephrotic syndrome. Methods50 patients with nephrotic syndrome in our hospital from 2012 March to colect during 2014 March were given example,buyanghuan five decoction treatment,and to observe the clinical curative effect of the patients after taking the record.Results Al patients a total of 8 patients with complete remission,12 cases of patients base- remission,29 patients improved,1 cases ineffective,the total effective rate reached 80%,40% and the remission rate.ConclusionChinese medicine by buyanghuan five decoction in treating nephrotic syndrome has good treatment effect.
