中西医结合治疗消化性溃疡疗效观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Peptic Ulcer in the Integrative Medicine

目的研究分析消化性溃疡患者接受中西结合治疗的效果。方法根据我院接收的120例消化性溃疡患者来进行研究分析,全部患者分组为对照组和治疗组,均有60例,对照组患者使用奥美拉唑、阿莫西林、果胶铋等西药来治疗,治疗组除了使用这些西药之外还增加了中药治疗,对两组患者的临床治疗效果进行对比分析。结果治疗组的60例患者共有42例治愈,15例好转,3例无效,临床有效率是95%;对照组共35例治愈,14例好转,11例无效,临床有效率81.67%,两组患者都进行了一年的跟踪随访,治疗组复发率11.43%,对照组复发率26.67%。结论消化性溃疡患者接受中西结合的治疗方式能够获得比较好的效果,患者的临床复发率比较低。

Objective To study the analysis of peptic ulcer patients received a combination of chinese and western treatment effect.Methods According to the 120 cases of peptic ulcer patients in our hospital received to carry on the research analysis,all the patients were divided into control group and treatment group,60 cases in each group,the control group patients treated with omeprazole,amoxicilin,bismuth pectin medicineto cure,the treatment group in addition to the use of these western medicine has also increased the chinese medicine treatment,carries on the contrast analysis the two groups of patients with clinical effects.Results 60 cases of the treatment group of the patients a total of 42 cases were cured,15 casesimproved,3 cases ineffective,clinical efficacy rate was 95%; the control group 35 cases were cured,14 cases improved,11cases invalid,the clinical efficiency of 81.67%,two groups of patients were folowed upfor one year,the recurrence rate in treatment group 11.43%,the control group the recurrence rate of 26.67%.Conclusion In patients with peptic ulcer received combined chinese and western treatment can obtain good effect,the patient＆#39;s clinical recurrencerate is relatively low.
