探讨剖腹产术中出血临床治疗措施

Effect in the Clinical Treatment Measures on Cesarean Section Hemorrhage

目的探讨剖腹产手术出血的治疗方法。方法根据我院2012~2013年接收的80例剖腹产出血患者进行研究,选择使用子宫压迫缝合法以及宫腔填纱术治疗。结果共有60例患者接受子宫压迫缝合治疗后有效,20例接受宫腔填纱术中19例有效,1例采取子宫切除治疗。结论子宫收缩乏力性产后出血患者接受子宫压迫缝合治疗的效果非常好,对于该类患者,采取B-Lynch缝合法、Hayman缝合法可以挽救患者的生命;子宫下段收缩乏力患者更适合使用平行垂直压迫缝合治疗,前置胎盘以及胎盘粘连的患者需要选择宫腔填纱治疗。

Objective To explore the method of treatment of bleeding caesarean operation.MethodsAccording to our hospital from 2012 to 2013 80 cases received cesarean hemorrhage patients were studied,the option of using uterine compression suture and uterine packing treatment.Results 60 patients underwent uterine compression suture were effective,20 patients received uterine packing operation and 19 cases were effective, 1 cases take uterine resection.Conclusion The effect of uterine compression suture in the treatment of patients accepted uterine atony postpartum hemorrhage is very good,for this kind of patients,take blynch suture and hayman suture,can save the lives of patients; lower segment uterine atony is more suitable for the use of parallel vertical compression suture in the treatment of placenta previa placenta adhesion, and patients need to choose filling uterine cavity yarn treatment.
