老年急性胆囊穿孔的临床特点治疗分析

Analysis of Clinical Treatment of Elderly Patients With Acute Perforation of Gallbladder

目的探讨老年急性胆囊穿孔患者的临床手术治疗方法和特点。方法根据我院2011~2012年接收的20例老年急性胆囊穿孔患者来进行研究分析,对其临床资料进行回顾。结果全部的20例患者共有17例患者术后恢复快速,为研究总数的85.0%,患者没发生感染和并发症情况,术后1~2周伤口均为甲级愈合,顺利的出院;有3例患者有感染的情况,占总数的15%,使用抗炎、止痛、止血、营养支持等治疗之后,患者均在1个月内顺利出院。结论老年胆囊穿孔患者的临床症状并不明显,很容易发生误诊和漏诊的情况,手术是比较好的治疗方式,临床中具有不错的效果。

Objective To explore the clinical operation methods and features ofacute perforation of galbladder in the elderly patients.MethodsAccording to our hospital,20 cases of elderly patients with acute perforation of galbladder were carried on the research analysis.Results 17 patients after operation wererecovered rapidly,no infection and complications,one to two weeks after operation the wound were healed,the smooth discharge; 3 patients had infection, after use anti inflammatory,analgesic,hemostatic,nutritional support treatment,the patients were discharged after 1 months.Conclusion The clinical symptoms of patients with galbladder perforation in the elderly are not obvious,it is prone to misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis of the situation,operation is a better treatment,has a good effect in clinic.
