摘要
目的研究无创接生在正常分娩中的作用及效果。方法将320例待分娩产妇随机分为两组,对照组选择传统的接生技术进行分娩,实验组选择无创接生技术,比较两组产妇会阴完整及裂伤等情况。结果实验组会阴侧切率、水肿发生率明显低于对照组,产妇产后疼痛感较对照组明显减轻。结论无创接生技术可明显提高产妇的分娩质量,减轻产后疼痛,是一种理想的接生技术。
ObjectiveTo analyze the effects of non-invasive in normal childbirth deliveries.Methods Selected 320 cases of pending birth mothers were randomly divided into two groups,choose traditional birth childbirth techniques,experimental group selected noninvasive delivery techniques,maternal perineal laceration and integrity were compared.ResultsIn experimental group,the episiotomy rate,the incidence of edema was significantly lower than the control group,postpartum pain was significantly reduced compared with the control group.Conclusion Non-invasive delivery techniques can significantly improve the quality of maternal childbirth,postpartum relieve pain,and it is an ideal delivery techniques.
