摘要
目的探讨经皮肾超声联合气压弹道碎石技术治疗复杂性肾结石临床疗效。方法选取2013年7月~2014年8月来我院就诊的复杂性肾结石患者150例,所有患者随机分为观察组及对照组各75例。观察两组患者手术时间,术中出血量,拔管时间,术后住院时间等指标。观察两组患者术后并发症。术后3个月对所有患者进行随访,观察结石清除率。结果观察组的手术时间,术中出血量,拔管时间,术后住院时间等指标均短于对照组,两组比较差异显著(P〈0.05)。观察组的并发症发生率为8.0%,明显低于对照组的22.67%,两组比较差异显著(P〈0.05)。观察组结石残留5例,对照组结石残留13例,两组结石清除率比较,差异显著(P〈0.05)。结论对复杂性肾结石采用经皮肾超声联合气压弹道碎石技术治疗可提高临床疗效,减少术后并发症少,结石清除率高。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy for the treatment of complex renal calculi on ultrasonic percutaneous nephrolithotomy combined with pneumatic lithotripsy.Methods 150 patients with complex renal calculi from 2013 July to 2014 August in our hospital for treatment,all patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 75 cases in each group. Two groups were observed in patients with operation time,bleeding volume during operation,extubation time,postoperative hospitalization time index. Observed two groups of complications,3 months after operation in all the patients were followed up to observe,stone clearance rate were compared.Results Observation group operation time,bleeding volume during operation,extubation time,postoperative hospitalization time was shorter than that in the control group,the difference between the two groups was significant(P〈0.05). Group of complications were observed in the incidence rate was 8%,significantly lower than the control group 22.67%,the difference between the two groups was significant(P〈0.05). The observation group of 5 cases of residual stones,residual stones in 13 cases in control group,two groups of stone clearance rate comparison, difference was significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion The use of complex renal calculi under ultrasound in percutaneous nephrolithotomy combined with pneumatic lithotripsy treatment can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,reduce the postoperative complications,high stone clearance rate,it is worthy of clinical application.
