探讨腹膜后高位精索血管束结扎治疗精索静脉曲张疗效分析

Retroperitoneal High Ligation of Spermatic Cord Vascular Bundles on the Treatment of Varicocele

目的研究分析精索静脉曲张使用高位精索血管束结扎治疗的临床效果。方法选取我院接受高位精索血管束结扎治疗的精索静脉曲张患者30例来进行研究分析,回顾患者的临床治疗资料。结果全部患者均顺利的完成手术治疗,过程中无并发症病例出现,手术时间20~40 min,平均30 min,平均住院4 d,术后对患者进行了6~24个月的随访,无曲张静脉复发和睾丸萎缩病例出现。结论高位精索血管束结扎术可以有效的治疗精索静脉曲张疾病,手术效果优秀,患者康复快速,并发症几率低。

Objective Analysis using high varicocele ligation of the spermatic vascular bundle therapy.Methods Selected 30 patients high ligation of spermatic vascular bundle Varicocele for analysis,review clinical data of patients.Results All patients were successfully completed surgery,no cases of complications during surgery,operative time was 20 ~ 40 min,an average of 30 min,the average hospital stay was 4 d,6 to 24 months of folow-up after operation,no recurrence of varicose veins and cases of testicular atrophy.Conclusion High ligation of the spermatic vascular bundle can effectively treat varicocele disease,excelent surgical results,the patient recovered quickly,the chances of complications is low.
