深板层角膜移植治疗角膜病的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Deep Lamellar Keratoplasty in Corneal Disease

目的观察深板层角膜移植治疗角膜病的临床效果。方法选取我院2010年10月~2013年10月收治的6例（眼）角膜病患者,对其进行深板层角膜移植治疗,并观察治疗效果,对患者进行术后随访,对患者的植片透明度、术后视力和术后并发症情况进行随访。结果术后第一天患者均出现了轻度的角膜植片水肿混浊,1周之后均消褪。1例患者的大制片移植术后有毛刷状的新生血管出现,新生血管逐渐萎缩和消退。1例蚕食性角膜溃疡患者术后出现了不规则环形或弧形上皮排斥线,在移植片上皮隆起和移动。术后随访时发现视力明显提高的有5眼（提高度数：0.2~0.5）,视力稍有提高的有1例（提高度数：0.05）。结论深板层角膜移植对角模病的治疗有着良好的效果。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of deep lamellar corneal transplantation for keratopathy. Methods Select 6 cases （ eye ） corneal disease patients, its deep lamellar keratoplasty, and observe the effects of treatment, patients were followed up after snrgery, graft transparency fur patients, visual acuity and postoperative complications were followed up. Results Patients appeared mild corneal edema and opacity in the first day of postoperation, and were fade after one week. Large producers in one patient after transplantation had brush-like appearauce angiogenesis, neovascularization gradually shrink and fade. One case of postoperative corneal ulcer eroded appeared irregular circular or curved lines epithelial rejection. Postoperative follow-up found significantly improved vision had 5 （ improve degree： 0.2 to 0.5 ）, visual acuity improved slightly in 1 case （ increase degree： （0.05） . Conclusion Deep lameUar keratoplasty for corneal treatment has a good effect.
