摘要
目的腹腔镜阑尾切除术与开腹阑尾切除术治疗急性阑尾炎比较分析。方法选我院就诊治疗的急性阑尾炎患者90例,随机分为实验组和对照组各45例,对照组采取开腹手术,实验组采取腹腔镜手术。结果实验组出血量和切口感染率明显低于对照组,实验组术后各项指标明显优于对照组。结论腹腔镜手术治疗急性阑尾炎效果明显。
Objective To compare the resection in the treatment of acute appendicitis and open appendectomy in laparoscopic appendectomy.Methods90 patients with acute appendicitis in our hospital for treatment of selected cases,were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 45 cases in each group,the control group take the open operation,the experimental group adopted the laparoscopic operation. Results In the experimental group,the amount of bleeding and drainage tube was significantly lower than the control group,the experimental group after group is obviously better than the control indexes.Conclusion Laparoscopic operation for the treatment of acute appendicitis effect is obvious,this method is worth popularizing and using in clinic.
