手术室优质护理服务模式对预防腹部手术切口感染作用探讨

Operating Room High Quality Nursing Service Mode to Prevent Abdominal Incision Infection

目的探讨分析手术室优质护理服务模式对预防腹部手术切口感染作用。方法选取我院2013年11月~2014年11月期间实施腹部手术治疗的患者143例,随机分为观察组与对照组,观察组72例,对患者围手术期采取优质护理模式进行护理,对照组71例,采用常规护理措施进行护理,对比两组患者腹部切口感染率以及对护理服务的满意度。结果观察组患者的腹部手术切口感染率低于对照组（χ2=8.2530,P=0.00406）;通过满意度问卷调查,观察组患者对护理服务的满意度高于对照组（χ2=8.5456,P=0.00346）,差异有统计学意义。结论手术室优质护理服务模式对预防腹部手术切口感染具有令人满意的效果,提升了患者对护理工作的满意度。

Objective To study the analysis of the nursing service mode to prevent abdominal incision infection.MethodsSelect from November 2013 to November 2014 during the implementation of the treatment of 143 cases of patients with abdominal surgery,the conventional nursing care, compared two groups of patients with abdominal incision infection rate and the nursing service satisfaction.ResultsThe observation group of patients with abdominal incision infection rates significantly lower than the control group（χ2=8.2530,P=8.2530）. Through satisfaction questionnaire, observation group of patients to nursing service satisfaction is significantly higher than control group（χ2=8.5456,P=8.5456）,the difference was statisticaly significant.Conclusion The operating room nursing service mode to prevent abdominal incision infection has satisfactory effect,improve the satisfaction of patients to nursing work,worthy of clinical application.
