脑梗恢复期的康复护理观察

Rehabilitation Nursing on Recovery Period of Cerebral Infarction

目的研究分析脑梗康复期患者的临床护理方法和效果。方法对2010~2012年我院接收的80例脑梗患者来进行研究分析,患者分为对照组和治疗组,每组均有40例,治疗组患者接受康复护理,对照组患者接受常规护理,两组患者均接受了3个月的护理,对两组患者的康复情况进行对比分析。结果两组患者接受了不同的护理方式,对照组患者的临床治愈率是62.5%,共有5例无效的病例,显效病例10例,治愈25例,治疗组治愈31例,治愈率77.5%,显效7例,无效2例,两组的临床治疗效果存在差异性。结论康复护理使用后,脑梗患者的恢复期病情比较稳定,患者的功能得到了恢复,临床症状改善明显,患者的不安情绪得到了缓解。

Objective Research methods and effect of nursing of patients with cerebral infarction rehabilitation.Methods 80 cases of cerebral infarction patients in our hospital from 2010 to 2012 received for research and analysis,patients were divided into a control group and the treatment group,all 40 cases,the treatment group received rehabilitation care,the patients in the control group received usual care,patients received three months of nursing,rehabilitation of the two groups of patients were analyzed. Results Two groups of patients received different treatment methods,the clinical cure rate of patients in the control group was 62.5%,a total of five cases of invalid cases,effective in 10 cases,25 cases were cured,treatment group were cured 31 cases, 77.5% cure rate,effective in 7 cases,2 cases,there are differences in clinical outcomes between the two groups.Conclusion After the application of rehabilitation nursing,convalescence cerebral infarction patients in stable condition,the patient＇s function has been restored,the clinical symptoms improved significantly,the patient＇s anxiety eased,and therefore promote the use of the treatment in the hospital.
