关节镜治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的围手术期护理分析

Nursing Effect in Peri Operation Period of Arthroscopic in Patients With Osteoarthritis of the Knee

目的探讨关节镜治疗膝关节骨性关节炎围手术期的护理效果。方法整理收集2012年9月~2013年9月期间我院接受治疗的膝关节骨性关节炎患者45例,在关节镜治疗中进行围手术期护理,观察12个月后患者的各项指标。结果通过在围手术期采用有效的护理措施,患者的情况得到了改善,满意度很高。经过12个月后随访发现患者未出现并发症,生活质量得到了一定的改善。结论围手术期护理对于关节镜治疗膝关节骨性关节炎患者的恢复效果显著,有助于减少并发症的发生,帮助患者建立积极乐观的心态。

Objective To investigate the nursing effect of arthroscopic treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee in peri operation period.Methods 45 patients with knee osteoarthritis were selected in 2012 September to 2013 September in our hospital treated patients,of peri operation period nursing in arthroscopic treatment,the indexes were observed in patients after 12 months.ResultsBy using effective nursing in peri operation period,the patient＇s condition improved,high satisfaction. After 12 months follow-up found that patients without complications,quality of life improved.Conclusion The peri operation period nursing on the recovery effect of arthroscopic treatment of knee osteoarthritis patients has a significant effect,helps to reduce occurrence of complications,establish a positive and optimistic attitude.
