摘要
目的探讨循证护理在重症脑血管护理中的应用价值。方法整理收集我院在2010~2014年期间收治的100例重症脑血管疾病患者为研究对象,通过查阅文献,筛选检索到的资料,将使用性强的资料作为证据结合护理专业技能,根据患者的实际情况制定并实施合理的护理方案。结果本次实施循证护理的100例重症脑血管患者中有效存活88例（88.0%）,其中良好状态68例,中残状态16例,植物状态4例,死亡患者12例。结论结合重症脑血管疾病患者的实际病情,采用循证护理模式,根据相关的研究文献制定具有针对性的差异化护理方案,确保护理质量,有效防治和治疗重症脑血管并发症,全面提高护理质量。
Objective To discussion the value of evidence-based care in the intensive care cerebrovascular. Methods Selected 100 cases of severe cerebral vascular diseases as the research object from 2010 to 2014,through literature,screening retrieved information. The data were used as evidence of strong binding nursing skils. Develop and implement reasonable care program based on the actual situation of the patient.ResultsEighty-eight cases of severe cerebral vascular patients were survived（88.0%）,including 68 cases in good condition,the residual state of 16 cases,4 cases of vegetative state,12 patients died.Conclusion In view of actual condition in patients with severe cerebrovascular disease,evidence-based care model can be applied,which can effectively control severe cerebrovascular complications,improve quality of care.
