老年人功能性便秘的相关因素分析及护理

Analysis of the Related Factors and Nursing the Elderly Functional Constipation

目的探讨导致老年人发生功能性便秘的相关因素及护理方法。方法选取我院收治的58例老年功能性便秘患者作为研究对象,对58例患者进行常规检查和询问,分析导致患者发生功能性便秘的原因,并根据原因制定针对性护理措施,对58例患者实施,观察患者临床症状的改善情况和护理前后的生活质量评分。结果导致老年人发生便秘的原因主要包括饮食、药物、运动和不良排便习惯等,实施护理后19例患者排便恢复正常,31例患者临床症状明显改善,8例患者的临床症状有所改善,生活质量评分明显上升。结论分析老年人发生功能性便秘的原因,并给予对症护理,可有效改善患者排便情况,利于患者康复。

Objective To explore the related factors of the elderly occurring functional constipation and nursing methods.Methods Select 58 cases of senile functional constipation patients in our hospital as the research object,routine examination and asked for 58 patients,to analyze the causes of patients with functional constipation,and according to the reason of the pertinent nursing measures,performed in 58 cases, observation of patients before and after the improvement of clinical symptoms and nursing quality of life scores.ResultsThe causes of the elderly constipation include drugs,diet,exercise and bad bowel habits,the implementation of the nursing of 19 patients recovered to normal,the clinical symptoms of 31 patients improved significantly,the clinical symptoms of 8 patients improved quality of life rating. Conclusion The analysis of the reasons among the elderly functional constipation,and give symptomatic care,can effectively improve functional constipation,conducive to the rehabilitation of patients.
