摘要
目的对健康教育在高血压患者护理中的效果进行探讨。方法选取我院2013年6月~2014年6月所收治的60例高血压患者作为研究对象,并随机将其分为常规组和教育组,每组30例。常规组采取传统的药物治疗和内科护理,教育组则在常规组基础之上,再进行系统、全面的健康教育,对比两组对不良生活方式变化情况和降压效果进行观察。结果教育组的降压效果比常规组较为明显,具有统计意义（P〈0.05）。结论在常规组护理基础上,对高血压患者进行系统、全面的健康教育,可有效提升患者的降压效果,改善患者的生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of health education in the hypertensive patient care. Methods Sixty hypertensive patients as research subjects from June 2013 to June 2014 in our hospital. P, andomly divided into groups and regular education group, 30 cases in each group. Conventional group take traditional medication and medical care, education group in the conventional group basis and plus the system, comprehensive health education. Compared two groups of patients with unhealthy lifestyle changes and antihypertensive effect. Results Education unit antihypertensive effect was more obvious than the conventional group, with statistical significance （P〈0.（I5） . Conclusion In the conventional care group basis, hypertensive patients with systematic and comprehensive health education can effectively enhance the effect of the patient＇s blood pressure, improve the quality of life of patients.
