综合护理干预在产妇产时及产后出血护理中的应用

Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in the Nursing of Parturients and Postpartum Hemorrhage

目的研究探讨综合护理干预在产妇产时及产后出血护理中的临床应用。方法随机抽取我院2011年4月~2013年4月收治的产妇160例为研究对象。并将所有产妇随机分成对照组和观察组,每组产妇分别为80例。对照组产妇在产时及产后出血中采取常规的护理措施,观察组产妇在产时及产后出血时应用综合护理干预措施。比较两组产妇的临床护理效果。结果护理结果显示,观察组产妇的护理效果显著优于对照组产妇。观察组产妇产时、产后的出血量少于对照组产妇,数据符合统计学差异（P〈0.05）;同时观察组产妇对护理效果的满意度高于对照组产妇,数据符合统计学差异（P〈0.05）。结论在产妇产时及产后出血护理工作中,对产妇实行综合护理干预措施不仅有效减少产妇的出血量,还能够提高临床护理的满意度,有效减少护患纠纷的产生。

Objective To study the effects of comprehensive nursing intervention in clinical nursing of parturients and postpartum hemorrhage.Methods Randomly selected in our hospital 160 cases as the research object. Control group parturients take routine nursing measures in intrapartum and postpartum hemorrhage,the observation group of women in the intrapartum and postpartum hemorrhage during the application of comprehensive nursing intervention measures.Results The nursing effect of observation group was significantly better than the control group mothers maternal. The amount of bleeding,observation group maternal postpartum was significantly less than that of the control group mothers.Conclusion In nursing of parturients and postpartum hemorrhage,the implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention on maternal measures not only effectively reduce bleeding parturient,also can improve the clinical nursing satisfaction,effectively reduce the contradiction between nurse and patient.
