卵巢囊肿患者的围手术期护理体会

Nursing Comprehend of Peri Perioperative Period With Ovarian Cysts Patients

目的探讨卵巢囊肿患者的围手术期护理方式以及护理效果。方法整理收集2011年1月~2013年1月期间我院治疗的68例卵巢囊肿患者的临床资料作为研究对象,这些患者分成对照组和观察组,观察组患者的围手术期采取针对性护理干预,对照组使用常规护理,比较两组患者的治疗有效率和护理满意度。结果观察组患者的临床护理满意度是94.12%,对照组的护理满意度是76.47%,观察组患者的护理满意度明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论卵巢囊肿患者接受护理干预的效果比较好,治疗有效率高,治疗后患者的护理满意度较高,可以促进患者的术后恢复。

Objective To investigate the effects of nursing methods and perioperative care of patients with ovarian cysts.Methods Selected 68 cases of ovarian cysts as research subjects,these patients were divided into a control group and the observation group,perioperative observation group were taken care of targeted intervention and control group using conventional care,comparison of the two groups of patients with treatment efficiency and satisfaction with care.Results Satisfaction with clinical care of patients in the observation group was 94.12%,satisfaction with clinical care of patients in the control group was 76.47%,the observation group were significantly higher satisfaction with care（P＆lt;0.05）. Conclusion Ovarian cysts in patients receiving care interventions are better,more efficient treatment,after nursing intervention,patient care satisfaction is high,can promote postoperative recovery.
