探讨护理干预对呼吸内科重症患者的效果观察

Objective to Explore the Effect Observe of Nursing Intervention for Patients With Severe Respiratory Department of Internal Medicine

目的探讨呼吸内科重症患者接受护理干预的效果。方法 2013~2014年我院选取了88例呼吸内科重症患者,将这些患者进行随机分组研究,对照组和观察组均有44例,对照组使用常规护理,观察组使用综合护理干预,对两组患者的临床护理效果进行比较分析。结果观察组患者的临床护理效果要比对照组优秀,临床治愈率和抢救成功率高于对照组,P〈0.05。结论呼吸内科重症患者接受综合护理干预能够对其临床护理效果起到促进作用,提高抢救成功率。

Objective To investigate the nursing intervention efect in patients with severe respiratory department of internal medicine.Methods Select 88 cases of patients with severe respiratory department of internal medicine from 2013 to 2014 in our hospital,these patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. In al 44 cases,the control group used routine nursing care,the observation group used comprehensive nursing intervention,to compare and analyze the clinical efects of two groups of patients.Results The nursing efect of patients in the observation group was better than in the control group,the clinical cure rate and the rescue success rate was higher than the control group,P〈0.05.Conclusion Patients with severe respiratory department of internal medicine treated with comprehensive nursing intervention can promote the efect of clinical nursing care,improve the success rate of rescue.
