摘要
目的对氯雷他定糖浆佐治小儿过敏性紫癜的临床疗效进行分析和探讨。方法选择我院在2012年5月~2014年11月收治的100例过敏性紫癜的患儿作为研究对象,采用随机的方式将其分为对照组和观察组,每组患者各有50例。采用常规治疗的方式对对照组患者进行治疗,在常规治疗的基础之上,采用口服氯雷他定糖浆的方式对观察组患儿进行治疗。对两组患儿的治疗效果进行分析和比较。结果对照组患儿达到了78%的总有效率,观察组患儿达到了92%的总有效率,两组患者相比,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论采用氯雷他定对小儿过敏性紫癜进行治疗具有安全有效的特点,可以使治愈时间得以有效缩短。
Objective To analysis the clinical curative effect of loratadine syrup in children with alergic purpura.Methods In our hospital in 100 cases of alergic purpura from 2012 May to 2014 November were of the children as the research object,using random be divided into observation group and control group,each group of each 50 cases patients. Conventional treatment way for the treatment of the patients in the control group,on the basis of conventional treatment,the observation group patients were treated with oral loratadine syrup way. The two groups of children with treatment effect was analyzed and compared.Results The control group children reached 78% of the total efficiency of the observation group with total effective rate reached 92%,compared with two groups of patients with significant differences,with statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Loratadine therapy is safe and effective for children with henoch schonlein purpura,can shorten the healing time.
