盐酸羟考酮缓释片联合超声电导仪治疗中重度癌痛的临床研究

Curative Effects of Oxycontin Combined With Ultras Ound Conductimeter Therapy in Treatment of Moderate or Severe Cancer Pain

目的探讨盐酸羟考酮缓释片（奥施康定）联合超声电导仪治疗中重度癌痛的疗效、不良反应。方法选取2012年6月~2014年11月我院收治的中重度晚期癌痛患者80例,将其随机分为两组：对照组（40例）患者给予奥施康定治疗,起始剂量10 mg/次,1次/12 h,口服;观察组（40例）患者在口服奥施康定治疗的同时,配合疼痛部位应用超声电导仪治疗。两组均根据疼痛缓解情况调整奥施康定的剂量,直至将疼痛缓解至患者满意的程度。30 d后评价两组患者的疼痛缓解度,比较不良反应发生率。结果两组均能有效地控制癌痛,治疗组与对照组疼痛缓解率无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,分别为97.5%和92.5%;而治疗组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论中重度癌痛患者口服奥施康定治疗过程中配合超声电导仪治疗,能有效控制中重度癌痛,可以减少羟考酮控释片的不良反应,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To investigate the curative effects,adverse reactions of oxycodone hydrochloride tab-lets（Oxycontin）combined with the ultras ound conductimeter therapy in treatment of moderate or severe cancer pain.MethodsA total of 80 patients who were admitted to our hospital from June 2012 to November 2014 were randomly divided into two groups： control group were treated with oxycontin; observation group were treated with oxycontin and the ultras ound conductimeter therapy; in both groups,the dose of oxycontin was adjusted according to pain relief degree until the patients felt satisfied. After 30 days,pain relief degree of two groups was evaluated,adverse reaction incidences were compared between two groups.ResultsControl rates of cancer pain were similar in both two groups. However,incidence rate of adverse effects in the observation group,was significant lower than in the control group.Conclusion Oxycodone combined with ultras ound conductimeter therapy may relieve the pain of moderate to severe lung cancer and hence reduce adverse effects of oxycodone,which in turn improves the quality of life of the patients.
