西药药剂头孢米诺的临床应用研究

目的探讨西药药剂头孢米诺的临床应用。方法收集2013年1月~2014年12月我院收治的82例呼吸道感染患者和75例泌尿系感染患者,共157例患者的临床资料。所有患者均采用头孢米诺治疗,观察记录两组患者的临床疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果下呼吸道感染患者痊愈率68.3%,总有效率为92.7%;泌尿系感染痊愈率66.7%,总有效率为90.7%。下呼吸道感染患者发生不良反应4例;泌尿系感染患者出现不良反应3例。结论头孢米诺治疗呼吸道感染和泌尿系感染疗效确切,杀菌效果显著,但是易发生过敏等不良反应,治疗过程中应密切注意。

Objective To explore the clinical application of western medicine drugs tocefminox.Methods Colected 82 cases of patients with respiratory tract infection and 75 patients with urinary tract infection in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2014,the clinical data of 157 patients. Al patients were treated with cefminox to observe the clinical efficacy of records in the two groups patients and adverse reactions occur. ResultsThe patients with lower respiratory tract infection cure rate 68.3%,total effective rate was 92.7%; Urinary tract infection cure rate 66.7%,total effective rate was 90.7%. Adverse reactions of 4 patients with lower respiratory tract infections; Urinary tract infection patients with adverse reactions 3 cases.Conclusion The treatment of respiratory tract infection and urinary tract infection in luminol curative effect,sterilization effect is remarkable,but easy to adverse reactions such as alergies,should pay close attention to in the course of treatment.
