目的主要探讨了糖皮质激素在呼吸系统中的应用情况,根据临床试验分析了应用的方法,并总结出其应用的重要意义所在。方法某院在2010~2012年期间,对呼吸内科60例进行糖皮质激素治疗的患者病历进行研究。包括对于病历的种类、药物应用的种类、选取方法、用药剂量以及用药后患者出现的不良反应的情况。根据应用的具体情况来探讨糖皮质激素在呼吸系统中的应用的重要意义。结果 60例患者当中患有严重哮喘疾病的共有31例。占总数的50%多。结论临床使用糖皮质激素进行应用,经过在使用能够有效控制患者病情,因此,糖皮质激素在呼吸系统中的应用极为广泛。

Objective This paper discusses the application of glucocorticoid in the respiratory system,according to the clinical trialanalysis of the application of the method,and summarizes thesignificance of its application.Methods In our hospital during the period from 2010 to 2012,60 cases of respiratory department of internal medicine of glucocorticoid in the treatment of patients medical records. And for the record,including the types of drug applications,selection method,dosage and medication in patients with adverse reactions. To explore the significance of the application of glucocorticoid in the respiratory system. According to the specific circumstances of the application.Results Among the 60 patients with severe asthma were found in 31 cases. Accounting for 50% of the total number.Conclusion The clinical application of glucocorticoid use,after can effectively control the disease, so in the use,application of glucocorticoids in respiratory system in a wide range.
