摘要 “如果我们能帮助挪威的企业把产品卖到阿根廷,而阿根廷的消费者可以在网上购买来自瑞士的产品。我的设想就是类似电WTo(eWTO),可能这样的说法不太准确。在上个世纪,WTO发挥了很重大的作用,让许多大企业把生意做到了全世界。如今,互联网可以帮助中小企业将产品卖到五湖四海。”——马云,达沃斯论坛2015年1月。 The cross-border e-commerce has become increasingly popular and is facing great opportunities around the world.There were 2.8 billion online users in the world in 2014,accounting for 39%of the global population.Meanwhile,the ratio of international trade in the global GDP has been increasing and has risen up to nearly a quarter.The shoppers around the world would be linked through the cross-bordre e-commerce.Those countries with more online users,including China,the U.S.,India,Japan,Brazil,Russia,Germany,Indonesia,the U.K.,and France,are also the most important markets of the crossborder e-commerce.The cross-border e-commerce will keep growing.There are more than 7 billion people in the world,and more people will get linked to the Internet.Besides,it is estimated that the global online retails have risen to around USD 1 trillion.This accounts for only a little part of the total value of global retails,which amounts to above USD 15 trillion.Moreover,some institutes,including emarketer and Amazon,reckoned that the B2 B online purchasing in the U.S.has climbed above USD 500 billion,and more factories are launching B2 B businesses.There will be more interaction between the cross-border B2 B and B2 C businesses.The cross-border purchasing will become more and more localized.This trend will bring opportunities for the small and mediumsized enterprises to grab shares in the overseas market.
