摘要
和平重建后的柬埔寨在过去的20年间保持高速的经济增长。对外开放是驱动柬埔寨经济高增长奇迹的决定性因素,高美元化则在宏观经济的稳定和经济的对外融合中发挥着重要作用。但由于经济增长过程中制度供给的不足和国家治理能力的滞后,柬埔寨经济也有着明显的脆弱性。因此,柬埔寨应当致力于改善经济增长的制度性环境,才能修复经济的脆弱性,实现经济的可持续增长。
