关于长距离棕榈油输送管道的工艺设计

摘要 棕榈油具有易凝固和黏度变化的特性。在长距离管道输送过程中产生温度上升,油脂的黏度和密度降低,影响计量的准确性,在设计中选择高精度的计量仪。基于棕榈油的易凝性,为保证不同品种的棕榈油在管道中安全输送,选用集肤伴热系统,选用清扫装置全线清扫管道剩余油脂。 Freezing point and viscosity of pahn oil easily change, palm oil should decrease viseosity and density as tem- perature was going up in long distance piping transportation that affect accuracy of measurement instrument.Higher accuracy me- tering instrument must be used in the process design. As to freezing point easily changes and for safely transportation of variety of palm oils, skin effect cmTent trace system for piping was selected, and pig launch and receiver were used for cleaning remaining oil inside pipe after oil transportation.
