摘要
少数民族是国家的重要组成部分,少数民族民众和其他民众一样享有同等的法律权利,其正当权益受到法律保护,这一点在体育领域中也不例外。随着民族体育的外部推广发展和民族民众对国家体育活动的更多参与,体育领域中的民族色彩愈发突出。刑法对体育的深入规制是体育事业发展的必然选择,鉴于体育领域逐渐突出的民族色彩,体育的刑法规制必然要有所应对,在刑法规则中突出民族意识。有关体育刑法的民族意识突出主要表现在刑法对民族体育规则的定性、刑法对民族体育未来发展的推动、刑法对民族民众体育权益的保护等。
