贵州非物质文化遗产分类保护研究

The Classified Protection Centre Located in Guizhou Province about Non-material Culture

贵州非物质文化遗产种类繁多,内涵丰富,表现形式多样。国家级非物质文化遗产名录中贵州省85项140处非物质文化遗产涵盖了10个类别的所有门类。每个类别的非物质文化遗产项目都有着与其他类别不同的特点,倘若采用同一种保护模式来保护所有的非物质文化遗产项目,采用同一种标准来衡量所有非物质文化遗产项目保护成效,则可能收效甚微,甚至会对非物质文化遗产的生存造成破坏。因此,制定符合项目特点和实际的分类保护规范要求,强化对代表性项目的保护,是当前非遗保护传承工作中一项十分紧要的课题。

There is a great variety of the Intangible Cultural heritage resources in GuiZhou Province, the connotation is rich and the forms of representation are varied from each other. There are 85 items on the list of the Intangible Cultural heritage in 140 places in GuiZhou Province containing completely the 10 categories on the list of National Intangible Ctdtttral Heritage. Every classification of the Intangible Cultural heritage projects differs from each other. So the same pattern and standard of protection for all projects are prohibited for these will get half the results with double the effort and yield little result. What is more, the same pattern and standard of protection for all projects will damage to the survival of Intangible Cultural heritage in GuiZhou Province. So the formulation of the regulation and requirement of the classified protection which accord with the characteristics and realities of these projects are very important, and to strengthen protection of representative project is another important task. The formulation and representative project become the most critical topic of the inheritance of protection of the Intangible Cultural heritage currently.
