毛古斯舞是湖南湘西土家族一种最具代表性的原生态舞蹈。改革开放以来,受现代文明的冲击及农村城市化步伐加快等因素的影响,毛古斯舞的原生态资源逐步消失,使毛古斯舞原有的生存环境发生了较大的变化,从文化生态的视角来分析毛古斯舞的生存现状及困境,以促进毛古斯舞传承和发展的生态模式的构建。
