中阿经贸论坛是中国以面向阿拉伯国家为重点向西开放战略中的重大举措,其在促进宁夏内陆开放型经济发展中具有重大意义。在中阿经贸合作背景下,宁夏所拥有的农业及农产品加工、工业、旅游业等特色产业将拥有一个更为广阔的发展平台,对于全面拉动宁夏特色经济发展具有重大意义。首先分析了宁夏发展特色产业经济的可行性,然后对宁夏特色经济发展现状进行了剖析,最后以中阿论坛为契机,对宁夏特色经济的发展路径进行了有益探索,以期为宁夏特色经济发展提供一定的理论借鉴。

Sino-Arab Economic ＆Trade Forum, mainly for the Arab countries, is a great move in the strategy open to the west, and has great significance in promoting the development of the Ningxia inland open economy. In the background of Sino-Arab economic and trade cooperation, Ningxia＇ s characteristics industry such as agriculture, agro-processing industry, industry and tourism will have a broader development platform, which can comprehensively stimulate Ningxia characteristic economic development. This paper firstly analyzes the feasibility of developing characteristic industrial economy in Ningxia; then presents the development situation of Ningxia＇ s characteristic economy; finally takes Sino-Arab forum as an opportunity to do a useful exploration for the development path of Ningxia characteristic economy, in order to provide a theoretical reference for the development of Ningxia characteristic economy.
