摘要
采用微波消解-氢化物原子荧光光度法测定食用植物油中的总砷含量。用CEM MARS6对食用植物油样品进行微波消解,用国家标准物质配制标准使用溶液,使用双道原子荧光分光度计自动方式对消解的样品进行检测。对影响检测结果的条件进行优化验证,用质控样品及能力验证样品对该检测方法的检测结果进行了评定。试验结果表明:利用微波消解和氢化物原子荧光光度法联用测定食用植物油中的总砷含量高效快速、准确安全和可靠,尤其是在高海拔地区效果更为明显。
Use Microwave Digestion Hydride Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry to determinate total arsenic in edible vegetable oils. Use CEM Mars6 to have edible vegetable oil samples microwave digestion. Use solution under national standards of Material preparation. Test digested samples using automatic method for dual channel atomic fluorescence spectrophotometer. Test the conditions that affect testing results. Evaluate the detection results by using quality control sample and capability verification sample. Experimental results show that it is efficient, fast, safe and reliable to determinate total arsenic in edible vegetable oils by using Microwave digestion and Hydride Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry together. Especially its attect is more obvious in the high altitude area.
