摘要
介绍了油茶籽油独特的成分功能。对现有油茶籽油加工工艺技术进行了比较。对油茶籽油关键冷榨工艺的净化和制坯等预处理装备进行了探讨,并就液压冷榨实践提出了看法。选择清理、脱壳去皮与破碎一体化处理及低温制备蒸料自动控制设施的预处理配套技术,对于提高冷榨油茶籽油品质具有实质意义。
Camellia oleifera seed oil unique composition functions were introduced, which existing processing technology was compared. Purification and blocking pretreatment equipment of camellia oleifera seed oil cold pressed key technology were discussed, and puts forward opinion on hydraulic cold press practice. Choosing clean, peeling shell and broken integration processing and preprocessing techniques of steaming at low temperature automatic control facilities had substantial significance to improve quality of camellia oleifera seed oil.
