摘要 豆干经过乙腈简单的超声提取,离心分离,上清液经过滤头过滤,用气相色谱串联质谱法测定豆干中的二甲基黄的含量。得到豆干中二甲基黄的加标回收率在85.5%~92.1%,精密度为1.98%,方法检出限0.1μg/kg,符合国家标准要求。本法操作简便、重现性好、灵敏度和准确度高。 After acetonitrile simple ultrasonic extraction, centrifugation, supematant was filtered through a filter head; dimethyl yellow content in dried tofu was determined by gas chromatography tandem mass spectrometry method. Which provided a very high recovery ( 85.5% to 92.1% ) and good results were obtained for the limit of detection (0.1μg/kg) and for precision (1.98%) . were all in line with national standards. Method is simple, reproducible, sensitivity and accuracy.
