Treatment of domestic sewage by SMBBR process with different fillers

摘要 为了解决当前我国城镇生活污水氮含量高并且难去除的问题,通过采用2种不同的填料,设定不同的水力停留时间和体积投加比的方法,研究了特异性移动床生物膜反应器(SMBBR)工艺挂膜时期的特征变化及运行时对NH3-N和COD的去除效果。结果表明,DO控制在1-5 mg/L范围内,T在12.0-18.7℃之间波动时,系统稳定运行1个月后,填料挂膜成功。工艺在HRT分别为25、13和9 h,T在10℃左右运行时,对NH3-N去除率最高可达98%,出水TN在15 mg/L以下。对COD去除率最高可以达到95%,出水COD都保持在50 mg/L以下。结果表明,污泥浓度和溶解氧是挂膜时期的重要影响因素。SMBBR在相同的运行条件下,比现有的污水处理技术有更强的除污能力和耐低温的特点。 To reduce the high concentration of NH3-N in domestic sewage,special moving bed biofilm reactor( SMBBR) was designed and tested for its characteristics and removal effect on NH3-N and COD. The research was intended to determine the different hydraulic retention times( HRT) and volume dosing ratios under two fillers. The results showed that the biofilm was operated of dissolved oxygen( DO) between 1 - 5 mg/L,and temperature fluctuation was in 12. 0 - 18. 7℃ for a month. Under the optimum operating conditions of the system(HRT of 25,13 and 9 h,10℃),the removal rate of NH3-N could be achieved 98%,COD 95% and their concentrations were reduced to 8 mg/L and 50 mg/L,respectively. The sludge concentration and DO were important factors at the period of biofilm-forming. Under the same operated conditions,SMBBR had a stronger ability of pollutant removal and lower temperature resistance characteristics than other sewage treatment technology.
