2010-2014年四川省邛崃市血吸虫病疫情监测分析

摘要 目的及时掌握四川省邛崃市血吸虫病流行现状,疫情动态变化,为制定血吸虫病防治规划和决策提供科学依据。方法根据《全国血吸虫病监测方案》要求,开展了2010-2014年血吸虫病监测工作。结果邛崃市榆树村监测点钉螺面积从2010年48 800 m2,下降到2014年25 050 m2,下降率48.66%,活螺密度从0.66只/0.11 m2下降到2014年的0.42只/0.11 m2,下降率36.36%,无阳性钉螺。间接血球凝集试验阳性率从2010年8.01%,下降到2014年3.93%,五年来居民粪检阳性率均为0%。结论邛崃市血吸虫病已控制在较低水平,应继续加强"以传染源控制"为主的血吸虫病综合防治策略,加强人群和家畜血吸虫病情监测,进一步减少耕牛,加大钉螺控制力度。 Objective To grasp the epidemic status of schistosomiasis and in Qionglai city, Sichuan province,and to provide scientific basis for the formulation of prevention and control planning and decision - making. Methods According to the requirements of " National schistosomiasis surveillance scheme", surveillance of schistosomiasis was carried in 2010 -2014. Results The area of snail monitoring in Yushu village decreased from 48 800m^2 in 2010 to 25 050m^2 in 2014, with a drop rate of 48.66%. Living snail density decreased from 0. 66 / 0. 11m^2 decreased to 0. 42/0. 11m^2 in 2014 with a drop rate of 36.36%. No positive snail was founded. Serum positive rate ( indirect hemagglutination test) dropped from 8.01% in 2010 to 3.93% in 2014. The positive rate of stool examination was 0% from 2010 to 2014. Conclusion The epidemic of schisto- somiasis has been controlled at a low level in Qionglai city. The prevention strategy of " infectious source control" should be taken as the comprehensive schistosomiasis control strategy, and human and livestock mo- nitoring should be strengthened. Moreover, the farm cattle need to be reduced.
