核心稳定性训练对青少年排球运动员专项运动能力的影响 被引量:19

摘要 核心稳定性训练已应用于大多数竞技运动项目,但其对运动员专项运动能力的影响依然没有定论。为验证核心稳定性训练对青少年排球运动员专项运动能力的影响,研究选取青少年女子排球运动员18名,分为实验组(9名)和对照组(9名)。实验组除常规专项训练外,增加核心稳定性训练。对照组只进行常规专项训练。通过对8周训练前、后运动员排球专项运动能力和核心稳定性指标的测试和比较发现,经过8周核心稳定性训练后,实验组排球专项运动能力指标中除了助跑摸高成绩没有明显变化外,其余指标均高于训练前,核心稳定性测试指标也显著高于训练前;对照组则都没有明显变化。进而推测核心稳定性训练的确能够提升青少年排球运动员专项运动能力及核心稳定性。因此,青少年排球运动员应重视核心稳定性训练。 Although core stability training has been used in many sports, little is known about the effect in volleyball ; particularly in youth volleyball players. The aim of this study was to in- vestigate the effect of an eight-week core stability training program on the special physical ability of female youth volleyball players. 18 female youth volleyball players are selected, and di- vided into experimental group (n=9) and control group (n=9). The experimental group followed the routine volleyball training program with the addition of an eight-week core stability training program while the control group only received the routine volleyball training program. The results showed that the core stability training group improved their volleyball special phys- ical ability test performance significantly except the run-up height. Their core stability test performance was also improved significantly. This indicates that core stability training enhanced the female youth volleyball players' special physical ability and core stability. Youth volleyball players should pay attention to core stability training.
